Pyla Vodka Excellium is a French vodka made from gluten-free French wheat whose fermented must has been distilled 5 times.
The creation of this vodka is the result of a collaboration of two big names: Lucien Viaud (self-taught who has been developing spirits for more than 50 years) and his disciple, Gilles Arramon (doctor of oenology and inventor of sand filtration).
The spring water used comes from a deep water table in the Massif Central. Filtration takes place on the ocean sand of Pyla (or Pilat).
