The range of Irish Whiskey the Whistler is developed by the Cooney family in the heart of the Boyne Valley. All the ingredients used are 100% natural and 100% Irish; the water is drawn deeply from the family source. Distillation is carried out in copper stills.
Whistler Oloroso Sherry Finish Cask is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey aged in ex-bourbon with a finish in oloroso sherry casks.
The bourbon cask gives the whisky its sweetness while oloroso casks offer unique fruity tones.
