A'Bunadh means "of origin" in Gaelic. The Aberlour A'Bunadh are limited series of single malt whiskies made from a blend of whiskies from 8 to 15 years of age aged exclusively in Sherry Oloroso casks. They are cold unfiltered and bottled raw from the cask which explains their taste power and the relatively high degree of alcohol.
