Paul John Brilliance Indian Single Malt is an Indian whisky made from 6 different orges that are grown in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a peat-free whisky with no declaration of age. The Paul John range has already been awarded multiple medals. Its aging, between 3 and 5 years, took place in ex-bourbon barrels and it is bottled «cask strenght», without reduction of the degree.
On the nose, it offers a multitude of aromas: barley, Ryvita (crispy rye bread) with salted butter, red berries, cinnamon, a hint of green apple, nougat, honey, orange blossom, vanilla and a lot of spices.
On the palate, we discover richness, sweetness, complexity and a lot of elegance. Crispy and sweet, it has flavors of Demerara, vanilla, honey, spices and a hint of chocolate. The finish is all in length of vanilla with notes of rye, a hint of orange and a slight tingling of sweet spices.
